HOMEWORK
Paper homework and Digits online homework is expected to be completed on time. However, I understand that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances. Therefore, I will accept homework ONE class period late with a 10% late penalty. No homework will be accepted after one class period unless a student has been absent. In the case of absence students receive one additional class period.
Online homework in Math XL is also expected to be completed on time. However, there have been technical issues beyond our control, and I have not penalized late work. Once our technical issues have been resolved students will receive a late penalty for each day that the homework is late.
ABSENCES
Students are expected to be responsible for getting class notes and reviewing Virtual Nerd videos for lessons missed due to absence. Students are still responsible for completing homework that was assigned when they were absent and making up tests or quizzes in a timely manner.
